Remember when Chris Matthews was a total sack-rider for the Republicans during the Bush Admin? He has been on a hot one lately. Watch as he steamrolls conservative idealogy on healthcare (non)reform...

as long as they keep inventing new medicine and machines for doctors to use on patients health care prices will continue to go up, no ones gunna go to medical school for all those years just to work for basic government wages. they do because doctors get paid bank. prescription drug companies and medical equipment companies dont invest all this time and money into new medical technology just to help people, they do it to make money. you take away the money and whats the incentive. it seems like the democrats are just tryen to rush a bill thru so they can have a photo op with them signing it then acouple years down the road when it comes crashing down everyones gunna be like what the fuck happened. everyone says the public option is a choice but imagine all the donkey dicks who will jump on the government program then start demanding every expensive procedure and test. welfare was spose to help save money and look what happened with that program.

Well said. Not well punctuated, but well said. Chris Mathews is a turd. He keeps tellin' this guy to speak & not play games, but every time he opens his mouth, Mathews interrupts. I don't remember Mathews EVER being a Bush cheerleader.

this is republican argument needs to retire already. keep putting your fate in the hands of people who require incentive. i dont. you've built that understanding of the world around you, live in it. thats how you get overprescribed. pharmaceutical companies who invest in incentives are the same ones who work hand in hand with clinics who invest in incentives. you health isn't of importance if thats your point, your wallet is.

most doctorates yearly incomes, besides law and medicine, look like teenager allowances. so if monetary incentive, and monetary incentive only, played a role in their decisions; we'd have a society that consisted of doctors, lawyers, and fiefs. andy maybe psychiatrists who want to hear about your income rather than your emotions.

it seems as if the only people who think large financial rewards are the only and absolute positive reinforcer to drive a person to provide a service for another human are republicans. and i hate to generalize. but if this was the case, society would cease to operate. same as if a lasseiz-faire market and unrestricted capitalism were to be in place an inch more than it is now, humanity would be non-existent and a thing of the past. and thats the solid truth beyond any politically polarized exaggeration.
