Terrible Tattoo: 4/20 Edition

What has to be happening in your life that you'd consider a smoked out mascot tattoo? I don't know if this is a post-retirement nod to Michael Jordan, a Quintin Dailey tribute, or if this guy only had the cash for one tattoo and couldn't decide if the theme should be the Bulls or weed. If you're gonna go this route, consider getting the Phillie Phanatic doing lines of coke. Dude's nose is just a huge tube, so that would be pretty cool.
