I think Noam Chomsky is the man, but i totally disagree with him on this one. "what does it mater who did it" come on JFK being assasanated is a big deal, because you have to think about WHY he was assasanated. and if the Bush admin. did plan 911 "who cares'',are you serious. what "issues" are there that are more impotant than that.
Yeah, totally. Both cases were huge turningpoints in American history. To dismiss it with a "who cares who did it?" is insane to me. It makes you wonder why Chomsky seems so unconcerned...
whether they did it does what? it makes them more scummy and more deserving to be shitkicked publicly? the policies they've created and jammed through are disgusting regardless if they planned it. the way they have used and profited from 9/11 itself should be enough for them to be put in front of a 'firing squad'. beyond that, there's the assumption, or supposition, that they WERE behind it when you automatically latch on to something like him saying 'who cares' instead of absorbing and thinking through his points previous to that as to how stupid it is to think they could pull this off and the context of history before the event and how they used it and profited from it. they were turning points in american history, but so were other events that were hardly reported. in the grand scheme of things you might have a difficult time arguing that the popularity of a negative event has more to do with the endgame than the hush hush events.
